Catering y Eventos Manuela was born in 2022 with a simple yet powerful idea: to share what we do best — cooking with love and to be enjoyed with family — with all those who seek to celebrate special moments with great food and zero complications.

What started as a small family project, motivated by a passion for traditional cuisine and the art of bringing people together around the table, began to take shape. Our first steps were taken at local fairs, serving homemade dishes with that authentic touch that harkens back to the flavors of the past.
