At Catering y Eventos Manuela we know about the fair: today we work in more than 20 booths in Huelva, Seville, and Cádiz. We bring to your booth an agile kitchen with traditional flavor and a customized menu: crispy fried foods, griddles on the spot, homemade stews, cold cuts, sandwiches, rice dishes, and desserts. We set up fast bars with cold beer taps, rebujito, soft drinks, and wines, and we guarantee a continuous supply of products, ice, and consumables so nothing stops.

We take care of the setup, dishware and utensils, cold storage and hot points, as well as kitchen and floor staff in shifts (midday, afternoon, and night). We implement POS systems, ticket/voucher control, and forecasts based on attendance to optimize time and costs. We comply with health regulations, label allergens, and offer gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan alternatives.

If you wish, we add corners (ham slicing, cheeses, sweets, coffee), menus for fan clubs and groups, breakfast setups, and late-night snacks. We can also assist with decoration details and coordination with performances. Our promise is simple: close service, honest cuisine, and zero complications, from the first light to the last night.
