Catering and Events Manuela

Catering and Events Manuela was born in 2022 with a simple and powerful idea: to share homemade cooking, made with care, to celebrate without complications. We started as a family project, driven by a passion for traditional cuisine and bringing people together around the table. Our first steps were at local fairs, serving traditional dishes with that touch that reminds of the flavors of the past. Today, we work at more than 20 fairs in Huelva, Seville, and Cádiz — such as Almonte, Mairena del Alcor, Gines, or Olivares — where we learned, improved, and, above all, got to know each other.

Thanks to word of mouth, we grew: Christmas meals, family gatherings, birthdays, communions, and corporate events arrived. On each occasion, we maintain our seal: generous dishes, well presented, fresh ingredients, and home-like flavor. With each step, we have professionalized what was always a vocation without losing its essence.

Now we take a natural leap to also accompany weddings. We know it’s a unique day, full of emotion, where food matters. That’s why we offer personalized attention, clear organization, and soulful cooking that adapts to tastes, budgets, and needs (including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan options).

We are not a large company, nor do we want to be. We are a family team that listens, adapts, and takes care of every detail as if it were for our own. If you seek a well-made, close, and honest celebration, you are in the right place: celebrating is also sharing.
